Cognitive behavioural therapy

CBT

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a practical approach to problem-solving.

Its goal is to change patterns of thinking or behaviour that are behind people's difficulties and so change the way they feel.

CBT can be an effective therapy for the treatment of anxiety disorders, panic attacks and phobias, among many other conditions. It is often used in conjunction with other psychotherapy treatments.

We can hold sessions in either English or German.
